Before you order
Glazed for your order
Payment confirms your order, not dispatch. Tiles requiring final glazing need approximately 5 days of preparation, followed by transport. Finished limited editions depend on stock; made-to-order production may take longer. The atelier personally confirms your schedule.
Delivery & packaging
Delivery and packaging are calculated before payment. Request a quotation when a reliable price is unavailable, for special regions or for orders above 5 m². Separate parcels are dropped off at a bpost office, with no collection surcharge.
Online delivery: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, when a final shipping price is available. Other destinations: request a quotation.
Delivery & transport informationHandmade, in small batches
Colour, glaze, edges and dimensions vary naturally. Photography shows the character of the collection; final batch availability is confirmed by the atelier. Discuss a sample if colour matching is important.

- Receive your order confirmation. We then personally confirm preparation and dispatch timing.
